What CleanWeb processes
Account email and authentication records are managed by Supabase. CleanWeb stores trial and subscription dates, random device identifiers, payment order IDs, support conversations and administrative audit records.
Your browsing stays yours.
What we do not collect
CleanWeb does not upload browsing history, page contents, payment form values, government form values, passwords, card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs or QR contents. Its blocking engines inspect supported pages locally to perform their function.
Payments
Razorpay handles checkout. CleanWeb receives order/payment identifiers, amount, currency and payment/refund status for verification. Do not send card or banking details to support.
Technical reports
An optional report contains only extension version, browser version, operating-system category and protection/Safe Mode settings, supplied with your consent. Support messages are user-written; avoid including private URLs or sensitive information.
Storage and providers
Supabase stores account data in the configured Mumbai project. Hostinger hosts the website. These providers may process operational connection logs under their own policies. Sign-in sessions use essential local storage. A random website session ID and timestamps support aggregate online-visitor counts; CleanWeb does not store visited page URLs in this presence record. No advertising analytics is included.
Retention and account requests
Ask support for account access, correction or deletion. Trial records remain while an account exists; statutory payment retention and deletion schedules must be confirmed before launch. Deletion may require removing authentication and related account records while retaining required financial records.
